With Yuzu's level of optimization your CPU is too slow for 60fps in BOTW. It's that simple. The only CPUs that can achieve that is within the last two gens of AMD/Intel where IPC, clocks and core counts are way up: 5800X/7700X, or 12700K/13700K. The game's native cap is 30fps (sometimes it drops to 20fps).

On ryujinx, probably not. Nor yuzu. 60fps is something that needs more finely tunes than the current mod is able to do. It's mainly why cemu is the recommended experience for botw. BOTW floaty gameplay help on 60fps. This is my first time using yuzu. I set up everything and I installed the 60fps mod. The game seems to run stable 30fps without the mod. With the mod on it goes on average 34fps and doesn't look laggy but it is very "floaty" and delayed. It doesn't matter whether the settings are ultra low or high.
