Nov 1, 2017 · I would love to see others' PVE base designs. I play on PS4 with 2 others. We took a long break from ARK and are only recently playing again on the Center map (official). Would like some ideas on a new build. We've got a nice little behemoth gate enclosure with a barn/house and a few dinos that has a castle vibe to it but want to expand.
Tip 1: turrets and plant are a nasty combo. Tip 2: spike walls for the more aggressive to your issues.... Tip 3: your combat boat is there to draw attention away from your house boat, spikes on the roof and go nuts, you can even ram the spikes into things for nasty damage. Tip 4: armor!This is a small base design I came up with. The interior can house plenty of storage boxes, as well as many of the “industrial” equipment that you’ll need. I... This House was built on official settings with no mods so it can be built on Ark Survival Evolved Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Ark Survival Evolved has amazing building mechanics, there are endless ways to design and build your base.
But with ark, the grinding seems 10x worse. I'd much rather have a community pve experience. It's one of those things that once you experience once or twice, you're good on that experience for awhile. Here is a very basic "blueprint" for all my bases. Have a dinogate on one side of my house with an Industrial Forge in front of it, BUT FURTHER INSIDE my base.
