In the same event Dream is invited and sees first hand the money bags. Quackity decides to start work on something, probably for a long time before the event, to do his own SMP after the failure of Dream to do DSMP season 2 or coordinate thag server for shit. Quackity might be mad and if he says something it would just cause drama. The least dramatic thing he could be doing is staying silent. We will never know what is going on behind the scenes and it is best to be charitable with all the content creators. Not just your favorites.
