Yes, it usually means you passed. I failed my first attempted and put in my card info 1 hour after exam. It took my payment and literally scheduled an appointment that day. The trick worked for me but in the bad way. I got my results emailed to me the next day. I did fail. I did the PVT for 2 days and always got the good pop up consistently.

The trick is no longer 100% accurate. Pearson apparently changed it on purpose, to encourage people to pay their extra fee for early results. Like many of you, immediately after taking the NCLEX my mind was set on completing the Pearson...The NCLEX is graded twice, once after you take it including research questions, and then after 24 hrs when the research questions are removed from the score, which would indicate that you're passing. Just go do something fun, relax, and try doing the trick in 24 hrs. if you get the bad popup, get your quick results.Search the pearson vue trick on google and itll come up. Its a trick where if you try to register for another exam either you a. get the good pop up saying you cant register (means you passed) or b. it declines your card or tells you wrong info (which means you failed). A lot of people swear by it. There are almost zero instances of false positives. I found a single false positive during all that time and I’m almost certain that person was just misguided on how to do PVT.
