Had the same problem recently. Didn't realize it was the side brush until I accidentally stopped it one day. I took the brush off, removed every hair, cleaned it like new, nothing worked. Stuck a new brush on there just to test, problem solved. Kind of irritating though as the old brush still had some life left in it. Is it screwed on too tight ...thanks. I would check the wheels to see if they make like almost a whining or high pitch whistling sound. That’s what my did after a week I sprayed some dry lube in the wheels and it seemed to fixed.
