Plater friendly nameplates in dungeons.

I bounded "toggle nameplates" to a button and as you can see in the video it does nothing. No nameplates show. I have plater installed as well but all the settings on plater are configured to have friendly nameplates on also. When I target a friendly their nameplate shows up, but in dungeons I can't see nameplates at all unless I target a friendly. Change player name to be Class Color. I also copied the exact same plater profile from a toon where it was working normally to all my other characters will no success. I can't for the life of me find any differences between toons.
